Shipping & Return Policy
Need to return – Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 14 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
- In you choose to self-ship the products; they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to fashionindaily.com.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded, and then place a new order.
Once your returned item is received and the boutique verifies that it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original method of payment. Please note that payments can take up to several days to be processed, depending on your bank or payment providers
Returned items will be refunded excluding the costs of shipping and customs duties (if any). Customs duties are non-refundable through fashionindaily.com. Member may be able to recover these costs by contacting the local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, you may want to hire a customs broker to claim back duties on returned product.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns.
When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping costs.
- Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
